Bug Bounty

Overview
Bug Bounty turns everyday users into a testing community for the Finam X app. The concept is simple: register, document the bugs you find, and climb a public leaderboard for the prize pool.
I designed it end to end — from the explainer landing (hero, a three-step “how it works”, rewards, benefits and an FAQ) to the product itself: authentication, a personal dashboard with an empty state, and a detailed rules page.
At its core is the bug-submission flow: a three-step modal that guides the reporter through the essentials, optional technical details and photo/video attachments — structuring messy reports into something the team can actually triage.
Game mechanics (points, ranking, a 520 000 ₽ prize pool) reframe a normally tedious task as a competition, increasing motivation to report and document issues clearly.
